Mission of the Harford-Belair Community Mental Health Center
The mission of the Harford-Belair Community Mental Health Center is to provide the highest quality of psychiatric and mental health services to all persons in the community who are in need of these services.
Fees
Harford-Belair works closely with clients to devise a fee that is appropriate for the individual. No one will be refused service because of an inability to pay. Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medicare, Medical Assistance and most private insurance will provide reimbursement for services rendered.
